Vice President of Investor Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Business Development in Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop global strategy for new investor relations product suite
• Oversee the lifecycle of the product suite from inception to execution
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years' experience in business development or product leadership within issuer services or investor relations
• Proven experience in diverse global markets
• Comprehensive understanding of the investor relations ecosystem and fintech solutions
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent academic background with an undergraduate degree; a graduate degree in business is preferred
