Vice President of Investor Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Investor Relations to lead investor communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all investor communication and reporting across equity and debt investors
• Own the preparation of investor and capital raise materials, including presentations and talking points
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and represent the company at conferences and events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or related field
• Demonstrated experience owning investor-facing messaging and senior-level communications
• Executive presence and credibility in high-stakes, external-facing conversations
• Exceptional ability to distill complex information into clear narratives
