Key Responsibilities

• Execute the investor relations strategy, messaging, and engagement plan
• Serve as a key spokesperson to lenders, investors, and rating agencies
• Analyze market trends and investor sentiment to inform executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with real estate, infrastructure, or data centers is a plus
