Vice President of Investor Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial media, delivering consistent messaging about company performance and strategy
• Lead the strategy and execution of the corporate responsibility program, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least ten years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or Investment Banking/Research roles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
• Advanced degree and/or certifications (JD, MBA, CPA, CFA) strongly preferred
• Experience in managing investor communications and corporate responsibility initiatives
• Proven ability to analyze market dynamics and provide strategic insights to executive leadership
