Vice President of Investor Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the equity story aligned with the company's long-term strategy
• Own and evolve the Investor Relations strategy and manage investor engagement activities
• Advise the Executive Team on market expectations, valuation, and shareholder composition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent designation is an asset
• 10+ years of experience in investor relations or related fields within publicly traded technology/SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs and valuation frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. securities regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in managing budgets and external advisors
