Vice President of IT

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of IT who will lead the delivery of reliable and secure technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with library directors and municipal leaders, providing technology advice
• Oversee IT operations, ensuring stability and security of systems supporting library services
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions to support organizational needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing technical teams
• Experience with municipal organizations and public institutions preferred
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity
• Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
