Vice President of IT

Job Summary

Leading IT operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Vice President of IT will manage infrastructure performance, oversee clinical and business system administration, and ensure cybersecurity compliance while delivering technology services aligned with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure management and service desk performance
• Develop and execute IT strategy, governance, and best practices in alignment with business goals
• Oversee cybersecurity programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience in a multi-site healthcare environment
• 6+ years of experience leading teams in infrastructure, service desk, and security operations
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and data compliance requirements
• Strong people-management and operational execution skills
