Vice President of IT Applications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President & Head of IT Business Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise application portfolio and manage the roadmap for business applications supporting MGA operations
• Oversee the delivery and implementation of new systems and enhancements across the MGA portfolio
• Drive the integration of acquired MGA technology into the enterprise platform ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, with at least 10 years in the insurance sector
• Deep understanding of the MGA value chain and experience in large-scale policy administration and claims implementations
• Strong technical knowledge of API-driven architectures and cloud-native applications (Azure or AWS)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor ecosystems and lead cross-functional teams
