Vice President of IT Operations
Job Summary
Leading the Caribbean and Latin America Field IT Operations, the full-time salaried Vice President of IT Operations will drive technology initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and foster strategic relationships across the region while advocating for technology needs and managing a geographically dispersed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all Field IT Operations across the Caribbean and Latin America region
- Serve as the executive technology partner to hotel operations leadership, ensuring reliable delivery of technology services
- Design and implement a governance and reporting model to enhance accountability and retention of on-property IT talent
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in a large, complex organization
- Deep knowledge of hospitality technology and field technology support models
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
