Vice President of IT Operations
Job Summary
Leading the Caribbean and Latin America Field IT Operations, the full-time salaried Vice President of IT Operations will drive technology initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and foster strategic relationships with stakeholders across the region while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all Field IT Operations across the Caribbean and Latin America region
- Serve as the executive technology partner to hotel operations leadership and ensure reliable delivery of technology services
- Design and implement a governance and reporting model to enhance accountability over on-property IT staffing and performance
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in large, complex organizations
- Deep knowledge of hospitality technology and field technology support models
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
