Vice President of IT Risk

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, IT Risk & Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SOX ITGC governance program and related projects
• Establish and operate an enterprise-wide security risk program
• Develop and maintain IT & InfoSec governance program artifacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Information Technology
• Minimum 10+ years of management experience in IT audit projects
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience with process improvement
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CRISC) are a plus
• Strong project management experience with a results-driven mindset
