Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a senior-level role
• Proven track record in designing and executing leadership development strategies in complex organizations
• Deep expertise in leadership development frameworks and adult learning principles
• Experience managing external partners and enterprise learning platforms
