Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Enterprise Leadership Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global leadership development strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Build and scale leadership programs, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring for leaders at all levels
• Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify and retain top talent while managing the leadership development portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management or Leadership Development roles
• Subject matter expert in leadership development strategy and program design
• Experience managing teams in large, multinational organizations
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate learning impact
