Vice President of Leadership Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Leadership Programs to lead executive initiatives aimed at fostering constructive dialogue in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the portfolio of executive programs, including planning, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Develop curricula and tools for campus leaders, ensuring program quality and participant experience
• Represent the organization at conferences and build strategic external partnerships to enhance influence

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in leadership development, organizational change, or higher education strategy
• Advanced degree required (PhD, EdD, MBA, MPP, or related)
• Experience working with senior leadership teams in higher education
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and engage senior leaders
• Experience in designing leadership development or organizational change initiatives
