Vice President of Leadership Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Leadership Programs to lead executive initiatives aimed at fostering constructive dialogue in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CDI's executive programs portfolio, ensuring program quality and participant experience
• Develop curricula and tools to translate research into practical strategies for campus leaders
• Represent the organization at conferences and establish strategic partnerships to expand influence

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in leadership development or higher education strategy
• Experience working with senior leadership teams in higher education
• Advanced degree required (PhD, EdD, MBA, MPP, or related)
• Experience leading complex programs that engage senior leaders
• Familiarity with the political and institutional challenges facing higher education
