Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Lean transformation strategy aligned with company vision and goals
• Build and mentor a high-performing Lean Transformation team
• Implement Lean methodologies and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement through cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Advanced Degree preferred
• 10+ years of management and leadership experience, including 2+ years in a senior Lean transformation role
• Proven expertise in deploying Lean tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Engineering, Supply Chain, Change Management, and Finance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
