Job Summary
As a remote, full-time Vice President of Learning, the successful candidate will manage the design and evolution of enterprise learning architecture, serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, and lead the development of talent growth systems to enhance organizational capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the design and continual evolution of learning and enablement architecture, including methodologies and standards
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team to implement transformative learning programs and workforce initiatives
- Oversee the development of blended learning assets to support skill acquisition and performance readiness across all functions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
- At least six years of experience in learning and development or a related field
- Five years of leadership experience
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training and development programs
