Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the overall learning and development strategy aligned with company goals
  • Design and manage leadership development programs and technical training initiatives
  • Collaborate with business leaders to tailor learning programs that meet specific functional needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing L&D strategies in large organizations
  • Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and experience managing LMS platforms
  • Experience in the insurance industry or a similarly regulated environment is preferred
