Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall learning and development strategy aligned with company goals
- Design and manage leadership development programs and technical training initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders to tailor learning programs that meet specific functional needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing L&D strategies in large organizations
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and experience managing LMS platforms
- Experience in the insurance industry or a similarly regulated environment is preferred
