Job Summary
To drive a high-impact Learning & Development function, the full-time remote Vice President of Learning & Development will define and implement the global learning strategy, oversee talent capability building, and serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead an enterprise learning and capability strategy aligned with organizational values and growth priorities
- Establish a holistic capability development framework integrating leadership and professional growth initiatives
- Chair the Enterprise Learning Council, setting governance and investment decisions across all business units
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields
- 8-10+ years in senior executive or enterprise leadership roles
- Proven experience in defining and executing enterprise-wide learning strategies
- Deep experience in regulated environments with compliance-driven learning requirements
- Expertise in learning technologies and analytics
