Vice President of Legal Accounts
Job Summary
Leading a team of Managing Directors, the full-time remote Vice President of Legal Accounts will drive the commercial strategy for Intapp's most strategic legal accounts, focusing on account retention and expansion within major law firms and corporate legal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the commercial strategy for major legal accounts, ensuring ACV retention and platform expansion
- Develop and mentor a team of Managing Directors to identify growth opportunities and advance multi-product deals
- Engage directly in complex expansion conversations with high-level stakeholders to strengthen strategic relationships
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or strategic account management within the legal technology sector
- Proven track record of driving expansion and net revenue retention in Am Law 50 firms and large corporate legal departments
- Strong understanding of partnership structures and governance within major law firms
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at the Managing Partner, General Counsel, and C-suite levels
- Demonstrated success in developing senior enterprise sellers and building expansion pipelines at scale
