Vice President of Legal Operations

Job Summary

To lead a comprehensive transformation of the Legal function, the full-time Vice President of Legal Operations, Transformation & Strategy will architect and execute a multi-year roadmap, build a best-in-class legal operating model, and oversee core legal operations capabilities, with the option to work remotely or from designated East Coast locations.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned to enterprise strategic priorities
• Design and implement a global Legal operating model that drives accountability and collaboration with business partners
• Build and oversee core legal operations capabilities, including financial management and vendor management

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in legal operations, consulting, or senior transformation roles
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale transformations within Legal or adjacent functions
• Deep experience in building or scaling legal operations capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) is valuable but not mandatory
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment
