Vice President of Legal Systems

Job Summary

Vice President of Legal Systems is a full-time role responsible for designing and building technology solutions that enhance legal department operations through system integration, data analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve Ironclad configuration and integrations with Salesforce and Workday
• Build reporting and dashboards for legal department metrics and data governance
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and analyze key departmental metrics

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in an AVP level role
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or systems integration
• Demonstrated experience with legal and enterprise business platforms
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and enterprise systems
