Vice President of Legal Systems
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing legal department efficiency, the full-time remote Vice President of Legal Systems will manage Ironclad configurations, design system integrations, and build reporting tools to support contract lifecycle processes and departmental metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Own and improve Ironclad configurations and integrations across Salesforce and Workday
- Build reporting and dashboards for departmental metrics, maximizing AI enablement
- Analyze and validate data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and usability for operational decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in an AVP level role
- 5+ years of experience in legal operations or systems integration, with knowledge of CLM and BI tools
- Demonstrated experience with legal and enterprise business platforms supporting workflows and data management
- Familiarity with systems such as Ironclad, Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
