Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in lending, fintech, specialty finance, or marketplace lending
• Strong grounding in commercial credit and underwriting
• Experience managing lending pipelines from application to funded loan
• Demonstrated track record in building and securing lending partnerships
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
