Vice President of Lending Operations

Job Summary

Leading all aspects of lending operations, the full-time Vice President of Lending Operations will oversee loan intake, processing, title review, and closing in a fully remote environment while ensuring efficient pipeline management and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for lending operations functions, ensuring efficient loan processing from intake to funding
• Establish performance standards and accountability across the lending lifecycle while identifying and mitigating operational risks
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Underwriting, Legal, and other departments to facilitate timely loan closings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, operations, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred
• Significant experience in lending operations, particularly within a Non-QM mortgage company, with demonstrated leadership overseeing multiple lending functions
• Strong knowledge of loan intake, credit structuring, processing, title, and closing operations
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable operating procedures and performance standards
• Experience managing complex loan pipelines and leading geographically distributed teams is preferred
