Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Loan Conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of the loan conversions department and manages staff development
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations regarding loan transfers and maintains accurate records
• Collaborates with senior management to establish metrics and goals for the conversions team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in mortgage servicing and servicing transfers
• 5-7 years of management experience
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations applicable to mortgage and consumer lending
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Access, and Word) required
