Vice President of Loan Servicing

Job Summary

Overseeing the servicing operations for a commercial real estate loan portfolio, the remote Vice President of Loan Servicing will manage day-to-day loan servicing activities, optimize operational processes, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines while leading a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee loan servicing activities, including monitoring performance and managing payments
• Lead the loan servicing department, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve departmental goals
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expert knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Proficiency in loan servicing software and Microsoft Office suite
