Vice President of Managed Services

Job Summary

To drive growth and operational excellence, the full-time salaried Vice President of Managed Services will own the managed-services strategy, lead a team to expand recurring revenue from ~$100M to ~$300M, and oversee global service delivery while ensuring client success and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the managed-services strategy, including service offerings and technology differentiation
• Grow the managed-services recurring revenue base and lead the Managed Services Architect team
• Oversee service delivery operations, ensuring standardization and high customer satisfaction metrics

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in managed services or IT/technology services at an executive level
• Proven track record of managing a services P&L or shadow-P&L of $100M+ with recurring revenue growth
• Experience in global service delivery leadership, including offshore and nearshore operations
• Strong background in service offering management and commercial acumen related to pricing and gross-margin management
• Client-success leadership experience with measurable outcomes in retention and expansion
