Vice President of Managed Services

Job Summary

To drive significant growth in managed services, the full-time salaried Vice President of Managed Services will own the strategy and offerings while leading a team to expand the recurring revenue base and ensure client success in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the managed-services strategy and offering portfolio, including the integration of new services and AI differentiation
• Grow the managed-services recurring base from ~$100M to ~$300M by year four, while leading the Managed Services Architect team
• Oversee service delivery and global operations, ensuring standardized processes and high customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in managed services or IT/technology services, including executive experience
• Demonstrated ownership of a services P&L or shadow-P&L at scale ($100M+), with a track record of recurring-revenue growth
• Proven experience in building and scaling managed or as-a-service offerings
• Global service-delivery leadership experience, including offshore and nearshore operations
• Bachelor's degree required
