Job Summary

Leading a critical component of the global operating strategy, the full-time salaried Vice President of Manufacturing will oversee print manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the print manufacturing and operations strategy, overseeing end-to-end production operations
• Manage performance, governance, and risk of external manufacturing vendors to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards
• Oversee facilities management and maintenance programs to maximize operational uptime and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in print and logistics processes
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing process management and operational excellence
• Strong executive leadership and stakeholder management skills
