Vice President of Manufacturing Operations

Job Summary

Leading the transition from a clinical-stage to a commercial manufacturing organization, the full-time remote Vice President of Manufacturing Operations will manage manufacturing and supply chain teams, ensuring readiness for global product launch while fostering collaboration across various internal and external functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop high-performing manufacturing and supply chain teams aligned with company values
• Contribute strategically to late-stage programs and participate in sales and operations planning
• Manage end-to-end global supply chain and supplier relationships, ensuring optimal production planning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of relevant experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
• 5+ years of senior-level line management experience
• Proven track record in leading late-stage programs within biotech or pharmaceutical organizations
• Experience with regulatory requirements, including authoring and reviewing BLAs
