Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with the organization's vision and strategic goals
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and ensure compliance with brand standards
• Oversee creative direction and manage external agencies to align marketing efforts with the organization's mission

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
• Experience working with and marketing to diverse communities, preferably within a Community Development Financial Institution
• Strong understanding of marketing data analytics and tools
• 7+ years of experience in brand development and creative oversight
• 3+ years of experience in developing and mentoring a marketing team
