• Proven experience managing annual marketing budgets of $15M+
• Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and forecasting performance
• Deep understanding of homeowner acquisition and retention strategies, including digital marketing
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and analytics dashboards
