Job Summary

Vice President of Marketing, a full-time position responsible for leading the strategic marketing and communications efforts to enhance brand engagement and narrative across diverse audiences, while managing outreach and performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee brand strategy, digital presence, and corporate communications to ensure a cohesive narrative
  • Lead the outreach organization to drive family engagement and enrollment across markets
  • Manage patient and family marketing initiatives, including lifecycle campaigns and digital engagement efforts


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications leadership
  • 3+ years in growth marketing strategy within healthcare startups or mission-driven organizations
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience
  • Experience in leading outreach and engagement teams, particularly for Medicaid populations
  • Strong operational leadership skills, including vendor management and performance optimization
