Job Summary
Hands-on and highly analytical, the remote Vice President of Marketing will lead and operationalize the marketing organization, focusing on performance-oriented growth strategies, team leadership, and cross-functional alignment to drive customer acquisition and retention in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the marketing function across paid media, lifecycle marketing, brand, and growth analytics, setting priorities and performance metrics
- Hire, develop, and manage marketing team members and external partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective execution
- Lead the marketing team's daily operations, fostering a proactive culture and accountability while integrating various marketing channels
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing in high-growth environments
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and retention programs with efficient CAC/LTV economics
- Deep fluency across paid channels such as Google and Meta, with the ability to challenge performance metrics
- Experience building and managing high-velocity experimentation programs focused on measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
