Job Summary

To drive B2B growth in a remote setting, the full-time Vice President of Marketing will own the demand generation strategy, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on building infrastructure and optimizing marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end B2B demand generation strategy across broker, consultant, and employer segments
  • Lead paid media strategy and execution while managing multimillion-dollar media budgets
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that engages prospects throughout the buyer journey
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Deep expertise in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar paid media budgets
  • Experience working alongside Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Bachelor's degree required
