Job Summary
To drive B2B growth in a remote setting, the full-time Vice President of Marketing will own the demand generation strategy, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on building infrastructure and optimizing marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end B2B demand generation strategy across broker, consultant, and employer segments
- Lead paid media strategy and execution while managing multimillion-dollar media budgets
- Develop and implement a content strategy that engages prospects throughout the buyer journey
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Deep expertise in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar paid media budgets
- Experience working alongside Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Bachelor's degree required
