Job Summary

We are looking for a VP of Marketing/CMO (w/ equity options) to join our family of brands, which includes We are Working (weareworking.com), Achieve Test Prep (achievetestprep.com), and Smarter with Achieve (smarterwithachieve.com). We are Working is seeking to hire a Vice President of Marketing/CMO to lead the development and growth of this new line of business. While this is a start-up environment with ownership options, we are adequately funded and have a year of success under our belts. The right candidate will value this equity based incentive and the opportunity that it presents to get in early on something that we intend to take some place great, as we did with our other brands.

Over the years, Achieve Test Prep and Smarter with Achieve have mastered the management of an onshore/offshore remote workforce. For each offshore staff member, we save up to 70% in typical employment costs and have therefore become a more profitable organization. We are now delivering this expertise as a process/service under the brand of We are Working to any U.S. company wishing to also save money by leveraging an offshore workforce. We believe that with today's global economy and shift to remote work, the market is prime for this service to explode. And while this virtual assistant' or BPO' type service isn't new, we have a different approach that we think will resonate with small to mid-sized U.S. companies. Our goal is to deliver, along with the outsourced worker (either onshore or offshore), a tight operational workflow process that ensures that the work will be done accurately and as efficiently as possible. These additional layers of value will make We are Working indispensable to the customer.

We are seeking an experienced leader responsible for continually developing , directing and implementing the marketing strategy and messaging that will highlight our value proposition.. This position would be responsible for comprehensive external marketing that would illustrate the organization's values and mission. The position requires developing strategies and content across all channels . This position requires an individual that can strategically implement digital marketing strategies and lead the day-to-day functions in a virtual work environment. Previous work experience developing and executing strategic marketing, research, and social media is required.

Responsibilities

-Translate business goals into marketing strategies and objectives that facilitate overall business growth including creating and implementing innovative and effective sales and marketing programs
-Oversee the planning, development and execution of the organization's marketing efforts across all channels. Provide creative input and direction; identify potential cross-promotional partners and implement strategic opportunities.
-Develop the organization's short and long term marketing plans in line with corporate strategic goals, designed to cultivate the organizations' brand, grow revenues and guide the organization on its accelerated growth path.
-Oversee consumer insights and analytics to develop new products and support a strong LTV for every customer.
-Oversee all aspects of paid media including, budgeting, metrics and reporting; utilize research and key metrics to attain a positive ROI and identify areas to throttle budget up and down..
-Manage team members to ensure execution of marketing plans

Desired Skills & Experience

-A minimum of 10 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in eMarketing/digital Marketing
-Previous work experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans
-Ability to function both tactically and strategically
-Organizational and time management skills
-Ability to lead, coach, and develop a virtual marketing team
