Vice President of Member Engagement

Job Summary

Leading the MS-ISAC member engagement function, the full-time remote Vice President of Member Engagement will oversee member services, training, and strategic engagement while collaborating with senior state leaders to enhance member satisfaction and participation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for MS-ISAC member services, training, and regional engagement strategies
• Conduct one-on-one executive engagements with state and territory leaders to communicate MS-ISAC value and align with cybersecurity objectives
• Oversee member support functions to ensure timely and professional responses to member needs and service-related issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, cybersecurity, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of progressive professional experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles
• Senior executive experience within state or territorial government or advising on cybersecurity and technology strategy
• Deep understanding of state and local government operations and policy dynamics
• Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior public-sector stakeholders
