Leading the transformation of member engagement, the full-time salaried Vice President of Member Experience and Engagement will design omnichannel member journeys, oversee contact center operations, and apply advanced analytics and AI to enhance engagement, all while working remotely from the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and optimize omnichannel member journeys from outreach to follow-up
  • Lead contact center operations and manage outsourced engagement partners
  • Develop enterprise engagement strategies and oversee operational excellence
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or member engagement
  • 5+ years in executive leadership roles
  • Experience leading enterprise contact center and vendor operations
  • Strong background in analytics, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Demonstrated success in operational transformation initiatives
