Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Member Experience to architect and optimize the member journey for B2B technology executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build the end-to-end member journey across critical stages from discovery to referral
  • Lead and enhance core member experience programs including Community Ambassadors, Pavilion University, Small Councils, and Slack engagement
  • Analyze member data to drive decisions and champion cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Sales & Success teams
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in member/customer experience or community management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership
  • Proven track record of successful member journey transformations in membership organizations or B2B SaaS
  • Strong operational background with skills in building scalable processes and optimizing workflows
  • Experience in data-informed decision making using engagement metrics and retention data
  • Familiarity with community platforms and member engagement tools is preferred
