Vice President of Member Service
Job Summary
Driving exceptional member experiences, the full-time salaried Vice President of Member Service will lead and develop Member Service leaders, collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives, and oversee branch administration to enhance operational performance and member satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identifies and implements strategies to improve member experiences across the organization
- Hires, develops, and manages Regional Managers to ensure consistent execution of strategic priorities within the branch network
- Participates in strategic planning and develops branch strategies that align with the overall objectives of the Credit Union
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the financial industry, including 7+ years in progressive leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Business Administration, Finance, Sales/Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Expert knowledge in leading change initiatives and developing strategic plans within the financial services sector
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead complex Member Service organizations
- Proven public speaking and leadership skills, with a focus on talent management and development
