Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Membership & Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Unit Renewal, Net Revenue Retention, and Growth Goals for high-value members, driving organic growth through engagement and referrals
  • Oversee Strategic Account Servicing by developing tailored strategies that align offerings with members' evolving priorities
  • Coach and mentor Member Success partners, establishing high standards for account planning and member communication
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives
  • Highly developed executive presence and strong facilitation skills
  • Experience in building and executing servicing motions or tools
  • Commercially minded, metrics-driven, and comfortable operating against revenue goals
