Key Responsibilities
- Own Unit Renewal, Net Revenue Retention, and Growth Goals for high-value members, driving organic growth through engagement and referrals
- Oversee Strategic Account Servicing by developing tailored strategies that align offerings with members' evolving priorities
- Coach and mentor Member Success partners, establishing high standards for account planning and member communication
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships
- Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives
- Highly developed executive presence and strong facilitation skills
- Experience in building and executing servicing motions or tools
- Commercially minded, metrics-driven, and comfortable operating against revenue goals
