Job Summary
Driving Qualcomm's multi-generation Memory Technology Roadmap, the full-time remote Vice President of Memory Architecture will manage memory technology strategies across various platforms, including mobile and automotive, while overseeing the development of advanced memory architectures and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Owns the definition and roadmap for various memory technologies, including LPDDR and HBM
- Defines strategies for multi-die and chiplet-based memory architectures
- Partners with cross-functional teams to set and ensure delivery of memory performance targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Fifteen years of Product Management or related work experience
- Six years of leadership experience
- Four years of experience in a large matrixed organization
- Two years of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials
