Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead strategic acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement acquisition strategies aligned with long-term objectives
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes, including sourcing, negotiation, financial analysis, and integration planning
• Manage due diligence efforts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in mergers & acquisitions in the healthcare sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing complex due diligence and legal processes for healthcare acquisitions
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
