Job Summary
Vice President of Navigation Services is a full-time position responsible for leading navigation, advocacy, and customer service operations, ensuring effective member engagement and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead navigation, advocacy, and customer service operations across multiple programs and clients
- Oversee operational performance, member experience, and service delivery across member-facing teams
- Serve as operational leader in client meetings, representing navigation and member services performance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare navigation, advocacy, or member services programs
- Experience leading large teams and multiple managers
- Strong operational leadership and performance management experience
- Experience improving engagement and operational performance
- Understanding of healthcare benefits and care navigation workflows preferred
