Job Summary

Vice President of Navigation Services is a full-time position responsible for leading navigation, advocacy, and customer service operations, ensuring effective member engagement and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead navigation, advocacy, and customer service operations across multiple programs and clients
  • Oversee operational performance, member experience, and service delivery across member-facing teams
  • Serve as operational leader in client meetings, representing navigation and member services performance
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare navigation, advocacy, or member services programs
  • Experience leading large teams and multiple managers
  • Strong operational leadership and performance management experience
  • Experience improving engagement and operational performance
  • Understanding of healthcare benefits and care navigation workflows preferred
