Vice President of Network Development

Job Summary

To drive the recruitment and development of high-performing networks of MSK specialists and primary care providers, the full-time remote Vice President of Network Development will establish national strategies, oversee provider engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance value-based care performance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the network recruitment strategy for MSK VBC programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with VBC leadership to enhance provider engagement and performance improvement initiatives
• Communicate network development strategies and performance metrics to executive stakeholders and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; MHA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting, network development, and value-based care operations
• Extensive knowledge of value-based care programs and reimbursement models
• Proven executive-level leadership skills with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recruitment strategies
