Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Direct Network Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a network strategy to expand and optimize a Direct Provider Network
• Drive network expansion across existing and emerging markets, ensuring clinical integration and competitive positioning
• Lead contracting strategy and financial performance, implementing diverse methodologies to incentivize quality and performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare network strategy and value-based provider contracting
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of primary care dynamics and value-based care principles
• Experience in multi-market network development and engaging diverse provider networks
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
