Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Direct Network Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for expanding and optimizing a Direct Provider Network
• Lead network expansion efforts across existing and emerging markets while ensuring competitive positioning
• Oversee contracting strategies and financial performance related to network costs and provider contracts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare network strategy and Medicare Advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of primary care dynamics and value-based care principles
• Proven track record of building diverse provider networks and engaging primary care providers
• Experience in health plans, provider organizations, or quality-focused healthcare settings
