Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, New Business Sales to lead and develop their new business acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing New Business sales team across various segments
  • Own net new ARR targets and report on pipeline health and forecasting
  • Define go-to-market strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 10 years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record in building and scaling outbound/new business sales teams, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience managing managers and leading second-line leadership
  • Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and sales process optimization
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and modern sales engagement tools
