Job Summary

Leading the Life Insurance distribution strategy, the full-time salaried Vice President of NMO Sales will drive profitable growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and build organizational capabilities within the NMO channel.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute and enhance the strategic vision and growth plan for the NMO channel, focusing on sales growth and market expansion
  • Build and lead a high-performing national sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence
  • Strengthen strategic distribution partnerships by serving as the primary relationship leader and advocating for distributor needs
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; advanced degree or industry designations preferred
  • 15+ years of insurance or financial services experience, with significant life insurance distribution experience
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, particularly in NMO or related channels
  • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships and delivering sustained sales growth
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, with experience in multi-channel distribution environments
